Scott Hall is owner & the technician of Powerline Recreational since 2006. He has an extensive background in four & two stroke technology & has been awarded multiple Master Tech awards in fuel injected four stroke outboards & four stroke ATV's & has completed many factory training courses, as well as business courses. He spent 6 years as service manager & technician in a marine dealership, & 5 years prior as a painter & autobody technician, learning the art of restoration & attention to detail.
